What can a company see of job seekers?
A CV is private by default. When its owner opens it to search, companies see only a summary (no name, photo or phone) until they unlock it with a CV credit or wallet money.
Does inviting people to apply cost anything?
No. Invitations are free, within a daily limit, and they do not reveal the contact details of the people invited.
